Lovibond COD analyzer

Measurement range: 0 to 150 mg/L (ppm) O2, 0 to 1500 mg/L (ppm) O2, 0 to 15000 mg/L (ppm) O2

Detection principle: The potassium dichromate method (K2CrO7) is used to determine the chemical oxygen demand (COD). The pre made COD reagent complies with the Standard Method 5220D and US EPA 410.4 standards. The dedicated heating digestion device is made of heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, and can digest 24 samples simultaneously. It has overheating protection function to ensure safe and stable use.


Operation guide: Add 2mL of the tested water sample to the customized COD tube reagent ET99955 or ET99974 [Add 0.2mL of the tested water sample to ET99106]. Place the tube reagent containing the tested water sample into the ET99125 heating and digestion device, set the temperature to 150 ° C, and set the time to 2 hours. After heating and digestion, cool the COD reagent tube on the test tube rack to room temperature, and then measure it on the COD spectrophotometer.
